I'm a graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I majored in Mathematics and later went to acquire my FINRA series 7 and 63 to work in Finance. I assisted clientele with targeting retirement needs and investment options that were suited for them. I later decided to take my analytical skills and apply them to Software Engineering and Web Development. Through a 12-week, 500+ hours course at General Assembly, I acquired the skills and foundation I needed to become a Full-Stack Web Developer.

Since then, I've learned more programming languages and other backend frameworks. I was contracted at a start up, Universum, from November 2019 to August 2020. I contributed to developing a platform using a LAMP stack; PHP, HTML, Javascript and jquery. We developed an operations platform for users to interact with a point of sale system across an enterprise.

I decided to become a developer because of my passion for technology and problem solving. I hope to contribute towards building software that will exceed today's technology and further benefit humanity.
